GBExceptional Service We just wanted to sneak in a quick review of our experience with Kyle and Outdoor Kitchen Connection. To be honest I researched many outdoor, stainless steel refrigerator options which would last in the Florida coastal salty-air conditions we live in. The Stainless Steel Summit fridge arrived in impeccable condition and fired right up. I ran a 12 hour test with a can of beer and 3 thermometers (including thermoworks) and the fridge was within a few degrees consistently from different test points within the unit. I was mostly concerned about ACTUAL availability of the unit and drop ship-timing during these logistically challenging pandemic influenced times. I can't emphasize this enough, the communication, patience and courtesy shown by Kyle and his team is what I was most impressed with. Working with Kyle was a pleasure and supporting a small company means a lot to us! He was very invested in our purchase, from the initial chat and barrage of questions, through the scheduling of the delivery, and all the way to post delivery! Nice to see someone passionate about his company and proud of the products he's offering. Very thorough service from start to finish and I'll gladly recommend Kyle and Outdoor Kitchen Connection to my peers as they complete similar projects! Thanks for everything my friend! GBWARNING - Do NOT buy from or trust this seller WARNING - Do NOT buy from or trust this seller YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I placed an order with this company over 6 weeks ago. This guy Kyle Farmer called me and did a very nice first gesture the moment we placed the order for a Bull outdoor refrigerator. After that it was a horror movie. He threw the whole playbook at me and is very smooth at it. Bottom line- We never received shipment / tracking info first time. So after 3 weeks he tells me the first unit me was damaged at UPS and he will ship another one. This time he fills out a shipment label ~ 3 weeks ago. Well it stayed at a label and UPS never received nor shipped the second unit. He says it could have been stolen. And that he would ship a third one. He claims he has already paid for 2 refrigerators and is out the money. I just told him to cancel the order. Please do NOT waste you time and mental health with this guy. He's negative energy.

GBOutdoor Kitchen Connection I must admit I was skeptical that I would even receive the outdoor fridge I ordered with the negative reviews about Outdoor Kitchen Connection. I ordered the fridge on March 28th and received it April 14th. It was professionally packaged and was not damaged. I'd say Outdoor Kitchen Connection did their job. Thank you.

Kyle verified our order, confirmed shipping information, let us know who/when the shipper would be calling to confirm, and was as concerned about our order as we were! Kyle is very knowledgeable and answered all additional product questions we had as well. Our order arrived timely and in pristine condition.
