GBBasically a scam site as others have stated! Basically a scam site, as others have said. I ordered a small range vent hood for an apartment I rent. They are hard to find that small, and Outdoor Kitchen Connection showed it in stock. Then began the many months of "it's being shipped" and "oops we made a mistake" and "Now, it's being shipped". After two months, they charged my CC and sent a shipping notice, which wasn't actually a "real" tracking! As others have said, they respond really fast via email, and make all sorts of nice comments and promises, then nothing happens. (Kyle Farmer-if that's his name, is really smooth!) They are dragging you along. Finally, I asked for a refund and gave it a week or so to refund my CC (should be easy, right?) They never did, so I contacted my CC company (USAA-they are wonderful with this scam stuff!) I disputed the charge, and they ruled in my favor, so I beat you Outdoor Kitchen Connection FRAUDS! Don't even chance it! Go to a local appliance or Home Depot or Lowes. If the price is too good to believe, there is a reason for it!
