Lovely Parlor Palm! I would have given 5 stars, but for a delay in shipping which was not really the company’s fault. The plant is beautiful and arrived unscathed. USPS did an awful job of updating shipping info and took too long to actually get going. I truly appreciated the communication the company sent about any issues. Thank you.

Good customer service Some plants arrived with some frost damage due to abnormally cold weather, but after sending an email with pictures to the customer service team, they said they would send a replacement plant.

Good service Plants arrived quickly, shipping information was very accurate! I ordered a peace lily, spider plant, and golden pothos. All arrived in good condition, despite having to ship in unexpected freezing weather! All were packaged very well, which is the part I was a little hesitant about upon hearing about the company. The only issue was that part of the pothos plant did not have any roots, and thus died off quickly after arrival. Most of the plant is still intact and thriving, though. And the other two are doing great as well! Overall, I am happy with the service and products!
