Informed company of the problem and they immediately sent out replacements with no hassle. Outstanding communication that allowed me to track shipment along the way to the moment it arrived on my doorstep. Phenomenal packing -- every plant arrived without losing a speck of soil, ready to take center stage in my home. Plants are robust, healthy, well rooted, and free of pests. I hope I can keep them looking as wonderful! Their website lists several plants I haven't been able to find elsewhere -- some I've never heard of before -- so I know I'll be placing more orders. Overall, a wonderful experience, superior plants, and a great vendor -- a dangerous discovery for my budget!

Great plants! Both of my plans arrived in excellent condition. They are healthy and as described. I purchased the heat pack because our temperatures have been really low in the northeast, and it kept them in great shape. Very happy with the quality, and the ordering process.

Hindu Rope hoya My Hindu rope Hoya arrived in a box that was so smashed I was almost afraid to open it! The plastic nursery pot had a sharp dent in the bottom & there was a lot of dirt missing but the 6 inch plant was still cushioned & protected by the heavy paper cone. None of the 5 inch tendrils were damaged & it is an amazing healthy green plant. I'd like to see a Timelapse video of the trip from Fl. to Az!!
