Pros and Cons Pro: The chat is simple and easy to use. When you go to your account you can bring back the entire chat from start to finish even if multiple contacts. Con: SFL doesn't just put a hold on your CC account to verify funds, they charge the full amount immediately whereas most don't charge until shipped. I feel that should be better communicated. All in all decent experience and will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and… I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and asked for a few tweaks with slightly longer porch, glass one side etc. All of this was done with no fuss. Lad arrived when they said and fitted the shed as tightly as possible into a corner of the garden to allow maximum space for rest of a small garden. Its in situ a year now and is still absolutely perfect no issues and I have recommended them and would continue to do so.

Great time saver Instructions were very detailed with great illustrations. Overall the shed kit was a great time saver because everything is pre cut preciesly to size.

Fun Project This was a fun project, it went together well, the instructions were satisfactory. My suggestion is to be sure to have help assembling the larger pieces as they can be too heavy for a couple of old farts to move.... Practical skill level required to build, must know how to work a level, square and a hammer.

Easy install just follow instructions Shed was easy to put together and directions were easy to follow. It took us about a week to complete. The hardest part was leveling and digging out a spot to put it. Once level we ordered gravel and made a plywood base with all pressure treated lumber using 2 by fours per shed instructions. Very happy with this project and it looks great and doesn’t leak.
