It is very sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and it came in very quickly, even though things were slow during quarantine last year. Fun Project This was a fun project, it went together well, the instructions were satisfactory. My suggestion is to be sure to have help assembling the larger pieces as they can be too heavy for a couple of old farts to move.... Practical skill level required to build, must know how to work a level, square and a hammer.

Pros and Cons Pro: The chat is simple and easy to use. When you go to your account you can bring back the entire chat from start to finish even if multiple contacts. Con: SFL doesn't just put a hold on your CC account to verify funds, they charge the full amount immediately whereas most don't charge until shipped. I feel that should be better communicated. All in all decent experience and will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Godawful instructions Does somebody have something against actual text instructions here? It was a real struggle trying to interpret the drawings in order to put this together. Also, it would be really helpful if the parts had stickers on them indicating which part they are. Four curse-filled hours later it was together. The shed looks good, but I was surprised that you just screw into the plastic. Hope it lasts.

I'm impressed Biggest $$ item I'd ever ordered online - almost $1800. Good customer communication helped me breathe a little easier. Turned out the unit I ordered was out of stock, and they offered an immediate refund - or wait 2 weeks for a new shipment. I decided to wait, and it turned out it was available sooner than promised. The local shipper was great too, easy to work with. Their earliest delivery date didn't work for me, so they scheduled another for a Friday afternoon. Was a little concerned about getting the pallet up by driveway, but the driver was most helpful, and put it right where I wanted it. Very nicely packed too. I'm a very happy customer!
