GBBad Customer Service Decent prices, but meh customer service. I bought a shed from this company at the end of March. About a week later they called to tell me there was a delay. I was fine with the delay so I kept the order. During that conversation, they made it very clear that I needed to answer calls in the coming weeks. I would be receiving a call to schedule my delivery. I even provided them with a backup phone number in case they could not reach me, at their request. Fast forward to today and the shed was just dropped off in front of my house. I received no phone calls or emails. No communication at all. When I called the company to inform them of this, they told me it was an error on the part of the carrier and there was nothing they could do. Now, I did not choose the carrier, nor am I responsible for the logistics of shipping a shed. That's what I paid this company to do. So when I hear the blame be passed on to a sub contractor they chose, I still think that's their issue to correct. They disagree. Now I get to take unscheduled leave from work to deal with this. I'm sure the shed will be just fine, but yikes what a nightmare. $1500 for a big fat inconvenience and lost wages.

GBShed took a long time to build, but went well. Shed took a long time to build, but, it turned out good, great even, considering the price. Make sure to look on youtube for tutorials, there's a vid which recommends upgrading some of the fasteners - well worth the addl cost.

GBI'm very happy with my shed I'm very happy with my shed. I'd say the assembly requires medium level DIY experience using basic tools. It's definitely a two-man job because some pieces need to be held in place while they are secured to the frame. The end result is a great looking and sturdy shed. I can fully recommend it.

GBGreat time saver Instructions were very detailed with great illustrations. Overall the shed kit was a great time saver because everything is pre cut preciesly to size.

GBI'm impressed Biggest $$ item I'd ever ordered online - almost $1800. Good customer communication helped me breathe a little easier. Turned out the unit I ordered was out of stock, and they offered an immediate refund - or wait 2 weeks for a new shipment. I decided to wait, and it turned out it was available sooner than promised. The local shipper was great too, easy to work with. Their earliest delivery date didn't work for me, so they scheduled another for a Friday afternoon. Was a little concerned about getting the pallet up by driveway, but the driver was most helpful, and put it right where I wanted it. Very nicely packed too. I'm a very happy customer!
