Pre cut shed is worth it Getting the pre cut shed was worth it, the most difficult part was curb side drop off, the pallets are heavy and large. We had some issues with the 20 foot side walls they needed to be shorter since they were mounted inside the 12 foot wall.

Great product for good value. I have been considering this shed for over a year and the free shipping is what got me off the fence and ordering from Shedsforlessdirect.com. The shipment arrived when they said it would and the only reason for only four stars is because I haven't put it together yet and want to make sure it isn't damaged or missing any parts. I will attempt to update my rating later.

Great time saver Instructions were very detailed with great illustrations. Overall the shed kit was a great time saver because everything is pre cut preciesly to size.

Pros and Cons Pro: The chat is simple and easy to use. When you go to your account you can bring back the entire chat from start to finish even if multiple contacts. Con: SFL doesn't just put a hold on your CC account to verify funds, they charge the full amount immediately whereas most don't charge until shipped. I feel that should be better communicated. All in all decent experience and will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I order a shed and I kept asking why… I order a shed and I kept asking why the shipment tracking is delay. The customer service keep telling me it’s coming and to call the shipping truck. After 3 weeks of delayed shipment, I finally called my credit card to dispute the charge then they finally called me and tell me that the delivery carrrier was in an accident. Meanwhile they wasted all my time.
