GBGreat customer service I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by Afloral’s great customer service! I was so excited to get the plum cimicifuga ramosa leaves as I had been vying them all over influencers homes on Instagram. Unfortunately one of the branches was bent so that the wire was cut and another one had a broken stem from the packaging. I emailed customer service, as unfortunately they were sold out so I couldn’t get an exact replacement. They refunded me for all 3 stems for the inconvenience. That was very kind and unexpected.

GBThe garland is beautiful! The garland is beautiful! Looks exactly as pictured. It did come damaged with one of the main stems broken off which is unfortunate. Edit: The customer service manager reached out and will be sending me a replacement garland. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the product is gorgeous and I appreciated their quick response to correct the situation. I’m very happy with how they handled things and I will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.

GBGreat products and great customer service. The items I've ordered are always of excellent quality, and well packed. This time the item was great, but the terra cotta pot had been badly chipped. I emailed Afloral, (their suggested contact method) and asked how to return it. They replied really quickly, and instead of having to repackage and send back this particular item they just refunded the purchase price and shipping- no hassle. I will continue to order from them and will recommend them! Great products. Great customer service!

GBMy experience with AFloral was two… My experience with AFloral was two fold. Unfortunately, two of the flowers did not meet my expectation ,however, the company was super at offering options, either a replacement or a refund. I would still consider using them again. I did keep the Eucalyptus stems which were really nice.

GBGreat product and great service! Great customer service and really beautiful products. Unfortunately, my first order was stolen from my porch before I could pick it up but the company really graciously replaced it and refunded my shipping costs. It will take them 48 hours to respond to any requests because i believe they are a small operation but the replacement order did not disappoint! Really high quality faux flowers and I’m excited to buy more!
