Gladly, I could locate a smaller arrangement on their Instagram and ordered the same amount of stems. It turned out perfect! I did purchase some candles that had to be reordered twice due to being received damaged, but the associates I worked within servicing the issue were amazing and helpful. Very ethical and quality company and products!

First-time buyer, now a forever customer First time buyer, long-time admirer of Afloral. I purchased the Plum Cimicifuga Seeded Fall Decor Garland and Norfolk Pine Garland. Both are stunning! I currently have the Plum Garland decorated above my kitchen cabinets and it’s been a showstopper among visitors. Absolutely love the quality and look of these pieces. Great product and great service! Great customer service and really beautiful products. Unfortunately, my first order was stolen from my porch before I could pick it up but the company really graciously replaced it and refunded my shipping costs. It will take them 48 hours to respond to any requests because i believe they are a small operation but the replacement order did not disappoint! Really high quality faux flowers and I’m excited to buy more!

Florals arrived on time. Great customer service Florals arrived on time looked just like they do on Instagram & reasonably priced. Pot arrived cracked, excellent & quick customer service replaced hassle free! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pot was on the expensive side and was a different color than Instagram it’s more brown than terra cotta . It also has some imperfections..the new replaced one. The cracked one was prettier & a lighter color. Oh well I didn’t want to ask for a 3rd one to see if it was lighter & not cracked.

I’m very pleased with the fall garlands… I’m very pleased with the fall garlands I ordered. I ordered 4, which was the perfect amount to make our mantle look filled out and very festive. The sale prices were incredible and the product quality is fantastic. Items shipped very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order arrived. Will definitely be making future purchases!
