GBMy experience with AFloral was two… My experience with AFloral was two fold. Unfortunately, two of the flowers did not meet my expectation ,however, the company was super at offering options, either a replacement or a refund. I would still consider using them again. I did keep the Eucalyptus stems which were really nice.

GBBeautiful and realistic! I ordered the faux potted palm and could not be happier with this purchase. It is beautifully made and looks so realistic! It was packaged so carefully and was delivered within 3 days of ordering! Very satisfied customer!

GBSmall item was packaged and shipped in… Small item was packaged and shipped in a huge box. So wasteful. At least the shipping material was all paper products and no plastic so that was good at least. Also planter has an odd texture which can not be seen from minimal online photos. Somewhat displeased by the odd texture, I think it will attract dust and be hard to clean. Lastly item was made in China. This should be listed in items description. Will not be ordering anything more from Afloral I don’t think.

GBFlorals arrived on time. Great customer service Florals arrived on time looked just like they do on Instagram & reasonably priced. Pot arrived cracked, excellent & quick customer service replaced hassle free! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pot was on the expensive side and was a different color than Instagram it’s more brown than terra cotta . It also has some imperfections..the new replaced one. The cracked one was prettier & a lighter color. Oh well I didn’t want to ask for a 3rd one to see if it was lighter & not cracked.

GBThe garland is beautiful! The garland is beautiful! Looks exactly as pictured. It did come damaged with one of the main stems broken off which is unfortunate. Edit: The customer service manager reached out and will be sending me a replacement garland. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the product is gorgeous and I appreciated their quick response to correct the situation. I’m very happy with how they handled things and I will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.
