GBI just want to know where my refund is… I just want to know where my refund is after you canceled the order for whatever reason and than sent a refund email. I see that I’m not the only one.

GBNothing like the picture So I ordered make a wish the arrangement looked nothing like the picture.will not order again from this company they were ok but not what I expected.

GBRefund I placed an order from them on 4/17. The next day I received a message from them that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I sent a message and I not had a response. I will be file complaint with the BBB also.

GBThank you Kennet for your wonderful customer service. Kennet was very helpful with my decision to send a basket of blooming plants to express our condolences. Kenneth also offered to increase the size of the basket without additional charge. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After having spoken to several florists it was an easy decision to place my order with Kennet at SarataFlorist.
