GBI ordered a plant package on 1st March… I ordered a plant package on 1st March to be delivered on 2nd March and I got a email stating my order was canceled and payment was refunded. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my payment . Order # 158282.

Kenneth also offered to increase the size of the basket without additional charge. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After having spoken to several florists it was an easy decision to place my order with Kennet at SarataFlorist.

GBDouble billed Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏
