You automatically backdated my order to… You automatically backdated my order to a day that had already passed. Order was unable to deliver. Tried emailing you to fix it. Never responded. They emailed me the next day that the order was undeliverable. It took so long that I had to cancel the order because they were for my daughter in the hospital.

The service was tremendous The service was tremendous! Being rushed and emotional I made a few mistakes on the order. They caught the mistake(s), rectified the order and were very kind, patient and professional.

Poor customer service I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.

The beautiful centerpiece we received… The beautiful centerpiece we received from relatives in Canada is beautiful. Every year we receive one from them, but this is the first year it has come from a Severna Park florist. What a difference! It is stunning!!!

Always call a local florist. Don’t be duped by all these companies trying to collect a free on your order. They just call a local florist for you. I bet this won’t make it on their public complaint page!
