GBYou automatically backdated my order to… You automatically backdated my order to a day that had already passed. Order was unable to deliver. Tried emailing you to fix it. Never responded. They emailed me the next day that the order was undeliverable. It took so long that I had to cancel the order because they were for my daughter in the hospital.

Always call a local florist. Don’t be duped by all these companies trying to collect a free on your order. They just call a local florist for you. I bet this won’t make it on their public complaint page!

GBPoor customer service I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.
