GBShipper Issue I had experienced extensive damage to one of my boxes during shipping. The box showed evidence it was mishandled. The cases were even turned on their sides upon delivery. I called customer service to report the issue. I was asked if I wanted NC Farms to open a claim with the shipper and asked to provide photos which I did. Before I knew it a replacement shipment was shipped. Most of the trays damaged were less than total quantity, however full trays were sent in the replacements. I was not expecting this level of customer service! I was very surprised and happy with the level of service provided. This is one of the reasons I will always purchase my plant plug needs from NC FARMS.

GBExcellent Plants Being able to buy in the smaller quantities is a big plus for us. We are a small nursery and this allows us to be able to provide our customers with a variety of plants. Wonderful customer service. Plants have been very healthy.

GBKent W Received the second part of our order, 1000 lavender plugs. A few plugs were out of the cell, due to shipping, but we’re all present and in good condition. Communication on batching and shipping was excellent. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

GBTop Wholesaler Great communication, great product. Wish they wouldn't use UPS because UPS drivers mishandle packages, and wish there were larger annual plug sizes to choose from other than 250 trays which are very tiny. Would like to see more annuals available in 36 or 72 plug trays. Otherwise, fantastic wholesaler! Thanks!

GBPerfectly packed healthy looking liners… Perfectly packed healthy looking liners and seedlings are shipped promptly as promised. Freight charges are expensive to west coast. Well, no other choice! Like customer service and their prompt response with any concerns. I’ll keep buying from them.
