Shipper Issue I had experienced extensive damage to one of my boxes during shipping. The box showed evidence it was mishandled. The cases were even turned on their sides upon delivery. I called customer service to report the issue. I was asked if I wanted NC Farms to open a claim with the shipper and asked to provide photos which I did. Before I knew it a replacement shipment was shipped. Most of the trays damaged were less than total quantity, however full trays were sent in the replacements. I was not expecting this level of customer service! I was very surprised and happy with the level of service provided. This is one of the reasons I will always purchase my plant plug needs from NC FARMS.

Best place for getting starter flowers. Best place for getting starters. Great flower choices, nice product and very little damaged product. We order last fall and asked for a ship date of 4/15/24 and received the flowers on the 17. Now that is service!!!! We plant these in lager pots, put them in our greenhouse and by Mothers day, they will be in full bloom.

North Carolina Farms was great to work… North Carolina Farms was great to work with, even being all the way in Colorado. This was our first year ordering from them, and though we had some flowers die (expected that to be the case), they came quickly once shipment was confirmed. The were great to work with, even checking to make sure we would be back from our Spring Break at the school. We look forward to working with them again!
