Wish they wouldn't use UPS because UPS drivers mishandle packages, and wish there were larger annual plug sizes to choose from other than 250 trays which are very tiny. Would like to see more annuals available in 36 or 72 plug trays. Otherwise, fantastic wholesaler! Thanks!

Shipper Issue I had experienced extensive damage to one of my boxes during shipping. The box showed evidence it was mishandled. The cases were even turned on their sides upon delivery. I called customer service to report the issue. I was asked if I wanted NC Farms to open a claim with the shipper and asked to provide photos which I did. Before I knew it a replacement shipment was shipped. Most of the trays damaged were less than total quantity, however full trays were sent in the replacements. I was not expecting this level of customer service! I was very surprised and happy with the level of service provided. This is one of the reasons I will always purchase my plant plug needs from NC FARMS.
