Less than 3 minutes they were talking to me and no AI, a real voice. After some basic questions, I was walked through the paperwork for a replacement at no cost to me. AMAZING

GBPoor customer and technical support. Would not buy again and may return Everytime I speak with this online staff, phone or chat, they are useless. Can't answer any questions. Last time the person didn't even understand the the wires for the irrigation zones was the same wire with different color coatings. Yelled at me that if I didn't do as she said she couldn't help me.

GBCustomer service rock! Customer service rock! The b-hyve cintroler was no longer working after the winter stop. After a very edficient call to try and debug, they gave me the code to reorder a unit dree of charge. The support persone was very nice, polite and efficient. Although it is a bummer to have a defective product after a bit less than two years, the great customer service make me come back for the reat of the property irrigation

GBCustomer service was very helpful and worked with me to address the problem to my satisfaction. Customer service was very helpful and understanding of my situation with a defective hose timer. I have a number of Orbit products ( Orbit and B-hyve) that have served me well over years of use. This problem was unusual but addressed to my satisfaction.
