Adorable dollhouse and great service! We gave our granddaughter the wooden dollhouse. It is so well built and perfect for a young child. It was easy to put together and very pleasing to the eye. It was missing some furniture pieces but the Teamson support team responded quickly and sent the missing pieces quickly! We highly recommend this company!

The play kitchen arrived quickly (three… The play kitchen arrived quickly (three days) and from what I photos was easy to assemble. My soon to be four year old granddaughter seem to enjoy helping her mother put it together. I think both she and her little sister are going to not only have so much fun playing with it, but they will taken in much satisfaction in knowing that they were instrumental in helping to build it. Thank you we love it! It is very attractive too.

Inferior conneting components for cabinet Decent "wood" in your cabinet, but the cam bolt "screws" and other connecting components (e.g., dowels) are second rate. I have bought other assembly furniture with higher quality components. Also, the wooden slots for the drawers (rather than all-metal components) is not ideal. I would rather spend more and have a higher quality cabinet.

Excellent customer service… I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.
