GBUnfortunately I placed an order… Unfortunately I placed an order received a tracking number and then stated item wasn’t able to ship. Reached out to customer service to see what was going on because when you clicked to the tracking number it stated to contact the shipping company. Customer service got back to me quickly and told me that item was out of stock and they should have it in stock by the end of the month. Also gave me a discount code. I reached back out to verify if the other color was in stock so I didn't get a repeat of receiving a track number and then being told it was out of stock. Customer service again reached back out quickly to inform me that had it in stock. So I didn’t get the color I truly wanted but customer service was awesome and I did get the other color for a discounted price. Thank you teamson for having amazing customer service it’s very hard to find these days!

GBExcellent customer service! Customer service was excellent, provided the missing part quickly without any problems. We are impressed with fountain and ordered another one yesterday! 5 Stars! Not all parts were in the box when it arrived. Still missing the mesh. Looks and operates as noted in the description.

GBThe best customer service! I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!

GBNo response several times asking for new pump. It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response. And website SUCKs.
