GREAT EXPERIENCE WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. Unfortunately I placed an order… Unfortunately I placed an order received a tracking number and then stated item wasn’t able to ship. Reached out to customer service to see what was going on because when you clicked to the tracking number it stated to contact the shipping company. Customer service got back to me quickly and told me that item was out of stock and they should have it in stock by the end of the month. Also gave me a discount code. I reached back out to verify if the other color was in stock so I didn't get a repeat of receiving a track number and then being told it was out of stock. Customer service again reached back out quickly to inform me that had it in stock. So I didn’t get the color I truly wanted but customer service was awesome and I did get the other color for a discounted price. Thank you teamson for having amazing customer service it’s very hard to find these days!

Exceptional quick customer service The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

Great Quality Easy Construction The doll house was of greater quality than I thought! I was very impressed as soon as I opened the box. Despite having more screws and parts that I imagined, it was extremely easy to put together. ALL holes matched up, ALL were easy to thread with a simple screw driver, and ALL pieces were included in package. Best I've bought in a long time!

Product Damaged in Shipping Quickly Replaced We recently ordered a wall water fountain from Teamson, who we had not dealt with before.
