I've been thrilled with Fine Rug's … I've been thrilled with Fine Rug's website - most notably by how many shots of each rug there are, with every one being completely "magnifiable" - and with the HD video showing every angle and close-ups of the rug. The assortment of rugs in every category is spectacular and very easy to peruse. My phone conversations with FRC's personnel have also been expedient and pleasant. I can't say enough about this company and their website.

Replacing a carpet with a small defect I called to replace a carpet that had a small manufacturing defect that couldn't be found until it was subjected to use. The company made an exchange and charged me only the difference --- I chose a higher-priced item. They gave perfect instructions on how to wrap and return the old carpet. The only issue with the old carpet was the fringe which came undone. Those things happen occasionally. Otherwise, it was a perfect complement to my room. The replacement is blow away and after the discount I was given, is well worth the difference in cost.

Avoid this Company. Extremely poor Customer Service. Extremely poor company to do business with! The rug I received was totally different than the one I ordered. I made several attempts to contact them via website, email and text to arrange for the return/exchange. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after inqueries I received an illegible email. I responded with my order number and request. To date I have heard nothing from this company. I have an unused, unusable rug in the closet! I cannot recommend this company.
