Everything about ordering from Fine Rug… Everything about ordering from Fine Rug Collection was as promised, from getting the rug within days of ordering to getting a refund on the first rug that I ordered and ended up returning. I spoke with one of the people working at Fine Rug Collection who was helpful and courteous. I called him back, and he greeted me by name. Ordering and customer service can't get any better than that!

Replacing a carpet with a small defect I called to replace a carpet that had a small manufacturing defect that couldn't be found until it was subjected to use. The company made an exchange and charged me only the difference --- I chose a higher-priced item. They gave perfect instructions on how to wrap and return the old carpet. The only issue with the old carpet was the fringe which came undone. Those things happen occasionally. Otherwise, it was a perfect complement to my room. The replacement is blow away and after the discount I was given, is well worth the difference in cost.

Great rug, great service The purchasing process was very straightforward and smooth. The rug was delivered very nicely packaged and in a timely manner. The rug looks beautiful and with muted colors as described. However, a few patterns and straight lines along the longer side on one flank looks unfinished making the patterns asymmetric on two sides. I'm not sure whether to call it a defect or deliberately left like that for artistic purposes. This is why I'm giving the product and my experience a 4 star rating instead of a 5. Overall, the rug is beautiful and superbly crafted. I'd shop here again.
