GBI ordered a 7ft bean bag on Tuesday of… I ordered a 7ft bean bag on Tuesday of last week with the quick ship option for $19 extra dollars. They didn't even put it in processing all that week or have a tracking number for me until the next Monday! Over a weeks worth of time.. Now it says it will be here this Thursday. The websit says 1-4 days with quick ship.. that was a lie.. Update: Problem corrected, Brad called explained everything to me, honest mistake was upset because I didn't have an ETA on arrival. Other than that, very satisfied, customer service ia awesome Brad is the MVP.
