GBSuzanne was excellent Suzanne was excellent! The carpet in a bedroom had been damaged by a battery fire. When we contacted the original installation company for replacement, they couldn’t reorder it. Suzanne found some for me and arranged for shipment to Charlotte, NC. She explained how to pick it up at the freight terminal and explained a delay. Thanks Suzi!
