Suzanne was excellent Suzanne was excellent! The carpet in a bedroom had been damaged by a battery fire. When we contacted the original installation company for replacement, they couldn’t reorder it. Suzanne found some for me and arranged for shipment to Charlotte, NC. She explained how to pick it up at the freight terminal and explained a delay. Thanks Suzi!

I was able to obtain the last amount available and only because the representative spent time looking up the material and ensuring it was still available. Carpet express... great job! Fabulous experience with carpet express...! having organised with a different large company to have our house carpeted in time for christmas we were let down twice by them... so had to look elsewhere hoping desperately to find a company who could do sort it for us. Ours has a very high quality pad and the unilin connection , these are game changers for high quality. Everything we needed was in stock the hardest part was choosing the color! Greg Smith was our sales person he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I will happily use Carpet Express for my next job!
