I love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.

Incredible quality The workmanship and quality of materials gone into the bag is fantastic. The Real Leather Company clearly put a lot of pride, love, and thought into their products. And you’re not paying silly money so some trendy company can pay celebrities to endorse their inferior products - you’re paying a very fair price for a product that will essentially last a lifetime. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

The post office lost the bag I ordered The post office lost the bag I ordered. Danelle from customer service was patient with me. Considering how angry and frustrated I was, she was a trooper in helping me resolve the situation. After a month of trying to find the bag with no resolution, the Real Leather Company replaced the lost bag. This is the second time I have ordered the bag as a gift for my son, and he loves it.

Beautiful Bag & Perfect Gift I bought the Coffee Tasca bag as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! It's such a beautiful color and the perfect size for everyday use since it's not too small or too big. He was tired of carrying everything in his pockets, so it was the perfect gift for him. He especially loved that the zipper opens at the top for easy access. We love it! :)
