GBI love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.

And you’re not paying silly money so some trendy company can pay celebrities to endorse their inferior products - you’re paying a very fair price for a product that will essentially last a lifetime.
