GBRetro Bag and replacement strap support I ordered “The Retro,” Messenger bag two years ago and absolutely love it and use it as my daily work bag. Recently, after overloading the bag, the metal clasp on the strap broke. When I reached out to see about ordering a new strap, Liz was able to help me get a replacement strap in the original color of my bag which isn’t even being run anymore.
