GBCustomer service was not helpful and… Customer service was not helpful and have template responses. Order was entered same day but paid for expedited shipping. They use FedEx but do not deliver on weekends.? Will respect Amazon delivery service much more going forward They did not have any great technical info either- what was I thinking? Will not use ecomfort again!

THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT IS BASICALLY A BUNCH OF A**HOLES WHO TAKE PLEASURE IN FIGURING OUT WAYS TO NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCTS. PLEASE RESEARCH REVIEWS OF eCOMFORT AS YOU WILL SEE THE 1000'S OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWED.

GBDo not spend $1 with this company Do not spend $1 with this company. An absolute disgrace of a company. There is a manufacturer issue with the LG Mini Split unit that we recently purchased, leaks in the outdoor unit and in the coils in both heads. We only got this unit in June, 2022. Warranty avoidance with ecomfort is incredible. I provided Paperwork from licensed technicians, videos, invoices and still nothing from them. no accountability, nothing. STAY CLEAR

GBI bought a Williams heater that ended… I bought a Williams heater that ended up being a piece of garbage. Tried to return it for refund and I was denied because I hooked the unit up. Once you hook it up it’s non returnable they tell me. Wondering how someone is supposed to know unit doesn’t work properly if it’s not hooked up. Stay away from ecomfort and I’d stay away from Williams heaters too. I tried calling them for help and they referred me back to ecomfort. Both companies are terrible. I lost $2,000 because I used these 2 companies.
