Top 3 Worst Distributors Online DON'T WALK. RUN FROM eCOMFORT. SHADIEST COMPANY OUT THERE. EXPECT ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM THEM TO NOT WORK. THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT IS BASICALLY A BUNCH OF A**HOLES WHO TAKE PLEASURE IN FIGURING OUT WAYS TO NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCTS. Customer service You need to know that if you are a DYI installer, don’t bother trying to make a claim, without a licensed installer you are wasting your time. I had a simple bad thread on one fitting, but nothing could be done since I did the work myself. I did have a good experience with getting the equipment and part, Distribution Box for a LG mini split system, and got a quick response when I placed my warranty claim. I also purchased the whole system 2 years ago and had a good experience

I bought a Williams heater that ended… I bought a Williams heater that ended up being a piece of garbage. Tried to return it for refund and I was denied because I hooked the unit up. Once you hook it up it’s non returnable they tell me. Wondering how someone is supposed to know unit doesn’t work properly if it’s not hooked up. Stay away from ecomfort and I’d stay away from Williams heaters too. I tried calling them for help and they referred me back to ecomfort. Both companies are terrible. I lost $2,000 because I used these 2 companies.

BUY ELSEWHERE it is really NO WONDER why all the reviews show this company is awful.......the people are ignorant, untrained and unhelpful.....and the products, well they just suck. Go elsewhere.

Abysmal customer service Abysmal customer service. Brand new boiler has needed two replacement parts - having sent warranty claim form in immediately after speaking to the agent, making clear this is urgent (no heat situation), I have received no response at all. Tried contacting through their contact form (no reply), and spent all day Saturday trying to contact by phone, which was constantly busy with, incredibly, no option to hold. It's 20º, in the middle of a winter storm and my house has no heat.
