GBImpraGas were very impressive ImpraGas were very impressive. They were able to come and survey my home the same day that i had made an inquiry. The depth of information provided was great, and i was informed of all the activities involved in installation of a new boiler. The finance options also made it affordable for anyone on any budget, and if yoou are not going to move house, then the longterm options make a lot of sense. They were able to arrange installation 3 working days after the survey, so no long waiting period. Everyone who arrived on site was polite, professional and clean. It is nice to meet a trades company who turn up when they say they do, and leave your property as clean as when they arrived.

GBFantastic service. I've just had full gas central heating installed in my flat, I was told it could take up to 3 days, Joe & Ian did it in one. Fantastic service, everything looks great & works better than I could have imagined, my water pressure is miles better than before & my flat is finally warm and cosy. Have already booked Impragas to do my dad's boiler for him.

GBHad a yearly boiler service carried out Had a yearly boiler service carried out by Adam P I would give him 5* rating as he was really helpful and worked efficiently. Pointed out an issue that I have with the system and a solution to fix it. However ImpraGas aftercare is none existent. Great at making the sale pitch with promise of follow ups etc but this is not the case. Although I have the 10 year servicing plan it’s really expensive for the quality of care given after you sign the dotted line. Engineers who fit the boilers and service them are great but would be cautious about the aftercare and customer service. Adam 5* but ImpraGas 3 so overall rating of 4

GBTop notch service Phil,Colin and Mike took out my old storage heating out and installed full gas central heating in 2 days. The service was excellent. I was consulted every step of the way, there was very little mess and even the carpets were relaid. I fully recommend this company.

GBTime to band together and take a case action against Adams Impra gas have taken thousands of peoples hard earned monies and they are changing company name more than they change underwear. Its time we all got together and started a case action against Adams in the Channel Islands. Barrow boy and asset stripper who deserves the worst of everything to happen to him and all who work with him. Do not use companies like this especially if they have any connection with the Apprentice programes.
