We paid for a 10 year service of our boiler and now our house sell is on hold due to not having valid inspection certificate while i cannot reach anyone in ImpraGas for weeks on end.

Fraud… Reading all the posts since I posted mine Mr Valente should be in prison for fraud not starting another company. He hasn't honoured the 10 year plan many bought either what a disgusting con artist. Does he owe Alan Sugar money too since being on the Apprentice!

Time to band together and take a case action against Adams Impra gas have taken thousands of peoples hard earned monies and they are changing company name more than they change underwear. Its time we all got together and started a case action against Adams in the Channel Islands. Barrow boy and asset stripper who deserves the worst of everything to happen to him and all who work with him. Do not use companies like this especially if they have any connection with the Apprentice programes.

New boiler recently fitted within 48… New boiler recently fitted within 48 hours of contacting them...I had three quotes and for exactly the same service ImpraGas was the most reasonable and affordable. Fitters were friendly and cleaned up after them so would definitely recommend a quote from them before using anyone else...The ten year warranty on the boiler is a bonus and with the ten year service plan at a very low cost I'd definately choose ImpraGas again. Just one thing I couldn't understand was the fitters said the radiators didn't need flushing even though the last time they were flushed was when the last boiler was fitted ten years ago...But all in all very happy with the service from them.

Top notch service Phil,Colin and Mike took out my old storage heating out and installed full gas central heating in 2 days. The service was excellent. I was consulted every step of the way, there was very little mess and even the carpets were relaid. I fully recommend this company.
