The Installation man Ross did a good job! The price was good for us. The installation man -Ross did a fantastic job! Three days for the entire central heating system, Ross arrived on time and tidying up as he goes. We are very grateful for Ross’s professionalism and dedication. The lockdown announced from day 1 evening, but it didn’t affect Ross’s working attitude. We were very sorry that Ross’s accommodation decided to close, so Ross has to looking for somewhere else at 10pm! He still arrived and finished all the work on time. The down side of this company is that when we found out our main pipe was good enough for the installation, but they won’t willing to refund us from their quote. After a serious explanation and discussion they were only will to refund £50! We will update on their service department when the time comes.

Had a yearly boiler service carried out Had a yearly boiler service carried out by Adam P I would give him 5* rating as he was really helpful and worked efficiently. Pointed out an issue that I have with the system and a solution to fix it. However ImpraGas aftercare is none existent. Great at making the sale pitch with promise of follow ups etc but this is not the case. Although I have the 10 year servicing plan it’s really expensive for the quality of care given after you sign the dotted line. Engineers who fit the boilers and service them are great but would be cautious about the aftercare and customer service. Adam 5* but ImpraGas 3 so overall rating of 4

When are you planning to re-open When are you planning to re-open? It is strange to close whole company for indefinite time. What about your existing customers? We paid for a 10 year service of our boiler and now our house sell is on hold due to not having valid inspection certificate while i cannot reach anyone in ImpraGas for weeks on end.

Thank you impra 5* service, surveyor was top very informative and installation was very quick and efficient. Top marks to the planning team who managed to get our job over the line in the short time frame we expected. Well done impra and thank you.

Very good job!! I had a Worcester boiler plus quite a bit of associated pipework fitted through Inpragas. The gas engineer, who fit the boiler, pipes and all the associated controls for me, did a brilliant job, he was very professional and friendly and explained in some detail what he was doing as the job progressed. I have a nice new boiler!! Thanks InpraGas!!!
