GBThe Installation man Ross did a good job! The price was good for us. The installation man -Ross did a fantastic job! Three days for the entire central heating system, Ross arrived on time and tidying up as he goes. We are very grateful for Ross’s professionalism and dedication. The lockdown announced from day 1 evening, but it didn’t affect Ross’s working attitude. We were very sorry that Ross’s accommodation decided to close, so Ross has to looking for somewhere else at 10pm! He still arrived and finished all the work on time. The down side of this company is that when we found out our main pipe was good enough for the installation, but they won’t willing to refund us from their quote. After a serious explanation and discussion they were only will to refund £50! We will update on their service department when the time comes.

ESUnable to arrange annual service previously paid for. We had a boiler installed last year. The contract includes annual servicing provided the client makes an appointment within 30 days of the due date. We contacted them on 26th May, by phone and were unable to make contact. Subsequently we wrote an email on 2nd June, and tried phoning a number of times since. We have failed to get any response. We are unable to make the appointment which they insist is made before 26th June. Very concerned that they are defaulting on their servicing obligation.

GBRang the company in the evening Rang the company in the evening, appointment made for the next day came and gave a quote.New boiler was fitted the next day. Excellent service quick response efficient service, Installation engineers were on time, polite friendly, job was done efficiently, no mess, finished to a very high standard. Would totally recommend.

GBEverything good until service time as… Everything good until service time as previously described by everyone below 10 year services which we paid for now useless have to go back to home serve which we cancelled. If anyone knows how we can get our money back please let us know

GBImpraGas were very impressive ImpraGas were very impressive. They were able to come and survey my home the same day that i had made an inquiry. The depth of information provided was great, and i was informed of all the activities involved in installation of a new boiler. The finance options also made it affordable for anyone on any budget, and if yoou are not going to move house, then the longterm options make a lot of sense. They were able to arrange installation 3 working days after the survey, so no long waiting period. Everyone who arrived on site was polite, professional and clean. It is nice to meet a trades company who turn up when they say they do, and leave your property as clean as when they arrived.
