GBNot rested and in pain Writing this as I lay on this ridiculous uncomfortable bed not being able to fall asleep. I was having back and hip issues when I woke up on our 12 year old mattress so figured time for new one. Sales guy used his fancy words and basically insinuating this was the best mattress there and would help with all my issues. Wrong, it's so hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. It's so stiff and dips making my waist, hips shoulders and even my head hurt. I have to put pillows around me to add support. I wake up so many times throughout the night to change positions which is struggle to try and simply roll over. The so called value of this mattress is so not worth my pain and lack of rest, I just want to cry!

GBDishonest Company - Do not trust them You have a referral program that clearly states "how simple it is". Maybe you should put a disclaimer on there that if there is a sale you get NOTHING. I gave someone my referral number only for him to be told that since there is a big sale going on now there could be no referrals. That is inexcusable. What a scam on your part. This person I referred was going to buy another Temperpedic and would have if it weren't for me and my time I spent convincing him to go with this bed. Your company is dishonorable. Shame on you for being DISHONEST.

GBWould Not recommend this bed Out of four bed selections, we have tried two. First one was way too hard. Second one was way too soft. Unfortunately, they draw the line at number of choices and we can't return or exchange second the bed. Buyer beware, unless you try it in a store DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Too expensive of a mistake. I will not be recommending these beds sold online.

GBIf you desire serious back pain If you desire serious back pain, and want to throw away a boat load of money, buy an Intellibed/Purple mattress. Worst mattress EVER!!! To add insult to injury, they give you the run around when trying to make a claim on their warranty. It made me so frustrated, I gave up…which is what I believe they intended. They don’t stand by their promise/product. If there was a no star choice, I would have chosen that! TERRIBLE & EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

GBless than average bed Customer service was good/responsive. Thought bed was ok for first week or so, but have a very difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep on it. Now experiencing shoulder and hip pain and waking up every hour or 2 to change positions. Also wake up stiff and feel like my back and neck are not aligned well at all. Not what I expected based on reviews and talking to customer service.
