Not rested and in pain Writing this as I lay on this ridiculous uncomfortable bed not being able to fall asleep. I was having back and hip issues when I woke up on our 12 year old mattress so figured time for new one. Sales guy used his fancy words and basically insinuating this was the best mattress there and would help with all my issues. Wrong, it's so hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. It's so stiff and dips making my waist, hips shoulders and even my head hurt. I have to put pillows around me to add support. I wake up so many times throughout the night to change positions which is struggle to try and simply roll over. The so called value of this mattress is so not worth my pain and lack of rest, I just want to cry!

I love my Intellibed mattress but... I love my Intellibed mattress and pillows, they earn 5 stars. But I was recently told they're not making the pillows now. So I went to their website to try to snag one, and since they were sold out I chose a different option. Turns out the same pillow is on Amazon for $60 less and free shipping. But the sales rep for Intellibed said he couldn't even offer me free shipping, even as a return customer who has purchased 2 mattresses and many pillows. Next time I'll skip Intellibed and go straight to Amazon for these items.

If you desire serious back pain If you desire serious back pain, and want to throw away a boat load of money, buy an Intellibed/Purple mattress. Worst mattress EVER!!! To add insult to injury, they give you the run around when trying to make a claim on their warranty. It made me so frustrated, I gave up…which is what I believe they intended. They don’t stand by their promise/product. If there was a no star choice, I would have chosen that! TERRIBLE & EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible service after purchase Terrible service after purchase. We ve used the warranty to get a new mattress after two years because the first one developed deep recesses where we slept and broke down very quickly. We have had our second one for two years and it also needs to be replaced. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Uncomfortable We gave it a thirty night stay, but could not get a good night sleep on this mattress. Customer service in handling our questions/concerns and in the ordering process was top notch.
