GBBought the very expensive Intellibed… Bought the very expensive Intellibed Nightfall mattress 2.5 years ago. It is breaking down creating a lump and divots. Went to initiate a warranty claim and it was denied bc I removed the law tag. The tag specifically states the consumer may remove the tag. Intellibed does not stand behind their products.

GBWould Not recommend this bed Out of four bed selections, we have tried two. First one was way too hard. Second one was way too soft. Unfortunately, they draw the line at number of choices and we can't return or exchange second the bed. Buyer beware, unless you try it in a store DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Too expensive of a mistake. I will not be recommending these beds sold online.

GBmore lumps than the 11 year old mattress we upgraded from. We bought this bed in October of 2019, we have followed all of the instructions from the moment we bought it, turning it regularly, rolling back and forth on it, it just doesn't matter, we have lumps in the bed, my spouse cant's sleep on her side at all because of the the stinging pain that goes through her shoulders and has low back pain every time she wakes up. My situation isn't much different, my hips and shoulder aches if I lay on my my side, my back hurts if I lay on my back and I can't sleep if I lay on my stomach. For a $6000 bed and pretty much lifetime warrantee you would think it would hold up, NOPE. If you try and get anyone to replace it, you are out of luck you get shuffled between the place you purchased the bed and intellibed, neither willing to actually admit there is aything wromg with the darn thing. I had thought maybe it's just me, but no, the problems we are having are the same as everyone else. I wish I had my old Sterns and Foster back, I could use a good night's sleep.

GBI own an intellibed for five years I own an intellibed for five years. Year one the bed has dips in it and I had Mattress Firm come out and look at it. They said the dip wasn't deep enough. Several years later the dip became greater and greater until my $7,000 bed is so uncomfortable and causes back pain. So I made another claim. This time the dip met the requirements of a return. The report was sent in and Mattress Firm said in the picture by the head they noticed a stain which is about 1.5 inches in diameter and that it voided my warranty. It is nowhere near my hips where the bed is hammocking and nothing more than an excuse not to honor a valid claim. This expensive bed with a 20 year warranty is a piece of Garbage. I will never buy an Intellibed again or shop at Mattress Firm. Be ware foretold is forewarned Burned in Florida

GBTerrible service after purchase Terrible service after purchase. We ve used the warranty to get a new mattress after two years because the first one developed deep recesses where we slept and broke down very quickly. We have had our second one for two years and it also needs to be replaced. Very disappointed with their customer service.
