GB.... I ordered a shirt Dec 1,2018. I have yet to receive it! I emailed them 12.10 asking when the item would be shipped. The lady emailed me back saying within 1-3days it will be shipped out. Here we are 12.20 with nothing! Horrible experience. Never again!

GBResearch first! DO NOT RECOMMEND The price was not as advertised on threadfox.com The shipping took forever. The customer service is very snappy and negative. *Update* When they saw this negative review, they reached out with a template sounding email, justified everything and gave me a guilt trip about posting bad reviews for small businesses and offered to bribe me with a 70% discount "on any product" to remove it. They also said that they include the 13.99 Mug in the price under the T-shirt picture as a "Starting at price". Not BBB Accredited. As I have researched this page, there are many complaints. Research first!

GBThreadfox doesn't know how to keep an inventory I ordered a shirt two weeks ago (Dec 16) with a hope and a prayer it'd make it here by Christmas. As the day draws closer it dawns on me that I'm going to have to tell my boyfriend his gift isn't here yet on Christmas. This morning (Dec 26) I woke up to an email saying my order has been canceled! "because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order"!! BS. How do you not know how many shirts you have and be unable to order more/limit the quantity people can buy online??? It's ridiculous. Don't order from threadfox otherwise they'll just cancel your order (and now the shirt I wanted is off the website completely!). At least I got a refund but this is so so disappointing for me and my boyfriend this Christmas.

SGGreat Customer Service but TERRIBLE PRODUCTS :( Great customer service when an issue came up! Chris Goodwin was amazing at getting back to me, aces all round. Edit: Realized the shirt material is really bad. Coarse and irritating low quality cotton. It's pilling already after one wash. The printed design is starting to flake off, it's a huge shame since the design itself is amazing. For the price of the shirt, I had expected a higher quality soft cotton material. I got two shirts and both are the same poor quality. Feels like a rip-off, shame because their customer service is great.

DESeems to be a scam Ordered a cup (and paid) over 2 months ago. Not answering any emails. No progress, no answers. Seems to be a scam (collect payment and not deliver anything). It is also majorly weird/suspicious that they don't have a proper online shop (where one can see all offered products) and that their sale ("one sale today") is every day...
