GBI ordered a hoodie for Xmas I ordered a hoodie for Xmas. I know I ordered a male 3xl size. I checked it twice. I received a femail S size hoodie. The print on the hoodie not even look like on the website. Smaller and you see the pixels on it. I wrote an email for the exchange, but they don't do it. They can give me a 40% off for the next purchase. No thanks! I'm so disappointed!

CATerrible. Took them a month and a half to ship me a mug. Finally received it. Box isn't labeled fragile and there is no padding in the box so the mug arrived broken. The mug also wasn't even close to the picture. Absolutely awful.

CAGreat products and customer service! I ordered 2 mugs for Christmas presents and they arrived at reasonable time considering where they were shipped from. The first one to arrive was perfect! The second one came a few days later and was unfortunatly cracked (happens with shipping sometimes, not the providers fault) Chris in customer service was very quick to resolve the issue and immediately put in a claim to have a new one sent to me free of charge. It's nice to deal with such a helpful customer service team, will defenitly be ordering again!!

GBJar Jar Binks Jesus Photo Original ordered two prints of a Jar Jar Binks as Jesus Portrait, but only one came. However, Chris was super helpful and responded within the hour to track down the missing photo. Luckily, it had just gotten separated and arrived later. The photo's themselves looked great. The quality was nice, super thick poster paper (almost a thin board like material), picture looked good. But if you're a person that cares, they come rolled, which to me was no big deal. Overall - great customer service, great product, great price. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

CAAMAZING! I ordered 5 mugs from here in early December, and started to wonder why they hadn’t shipped yet. I emailed support, and they instantly got back to me to let me know a timeline and that they are made to order, so there may be some delay. Flash forward a few weeks, I got only 4/5 of my mugs (shipping error), so emailed support and again, instant response, with a tracking number for my missing mug. The customer service here is the best I have EVER dealt with, and really cute mugs as well!! Highly highly recommend :)
