GBpoor customer service Still haven't received my order- 13459-, and no one from customer service returns calls or emails. I just want a shipping update. I'm sure their product will be of the same quality if I ever receive it. I'm in retail, so not asking for much.

GBVery Poor Customer Service I placed an order for 19" stainless steel insert. I was shipped (2) 25" SS inserts. I called customer support and got a phone call back within (2) days. The gentleman left message and stated how sorry he was I received wrong merchandise. He stated I would get an email with return authorization but could wait till I received correct product to return. It has now been over a week and nothing no email. I have left an additional (2) messages and no replies. Getting ready to stop payment.

GBGreat customer service I talked to someone from customer service before my purchase, then a person from technical support after my purchase. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to talk to people who know their job & care about customer service. You have, by far, the best prices I found on the internet for the American fireglass products. Thanks for the great shopping experience.

GBReturned damaged goods and had to dispute credit card charges to get a refund. I ordered the wrong unit, they replaced it no charge but billed me twice, once for each log unit. Second unit arrived in pieces. The delivery timeline was slow to arrive and I had to ship back the damaged unit. At which point, I cancelled my order all together. After verifying the return delivery of both units to the distributor through UPS I still did not receive a credit for two charges of over $900 each. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. NEVER again!

GBTerrible customer service After waiting 2 weeks for my product, which I was entirely ok with, it never arrived. I Then called to inquire about the delay. With no answer, I left a message explaining the situation and asking that a rep please call me back. The following day with no notification my order was cancelled and refunded. I then called again, now annoyed that after waiting 2 weeks my order was just cancelled without notification or warning. The rep then explained they no longer have the item in stock. I should have been notified and not had to reach out on my own. What if I didn't call, would they have just held my $1,000 purchase...
