GBCopper fire glass We ordered the 1/2 inch Cooper Reflective American Fireglass and it is beautiful in our outdoor fire pit. The price was the best we could find on the web. Customer service notified us later that the glass was out of stock and offered to provide another glass that was actually more expensive. We elected to keep our original order and it was back in stock and delivered very quickly. We are very pleased with the product and service!

GBGreat Product, Challening Communication We love this company for their fantastic products. However we ordered the product and were told it shipped about four times before we finally got confirmation. We called and didn't get calls back. We emailed questions without a great response. The product is the best, so we will probably keep ordering, but if it is a timely situation, you might want to order many weeks in advance.

GBSuper duper Great product. Went together super easy (a screwdriver and my 50+ year old lady hands and decent directions.) Absolutely beautiful product -- helps prevent the wind blowing the flames flat. ALSO -- I was very impressed with the packaging. Minimal and secure. Everything arrived in one piece. A+ all the way.

GBGreat service before and after the sale I ordered a grill, got a fair price, and quick delivery, and used the bill me later option with PayPal. Grill was mostly preassembled and easy to set up. There were some screws missing on the rotisserie assembly, and George responded asap to my email and sent replacements. Later, when under warranty the side light broke and the igniter failed, once again, an immediate email acknowledgement and the parts showed up. I will definitely repeat as a customer.

GBVery Poor Customer Service I placed an order for 19" stainless steel insert. I was shipped (2) 25" SS inserts. I called customer support and got a phone call back within (2) days. The gentleman left message and stated how sorry he was I received wrong merchandise. He stated I would get an email with return authorization but could wait till I received correct product to return. It has now been over a week and nothing no email. I have left an additional (2) messages and no replies. Getting ready to stop payment.
