GBGreat products; great customer service I ordered an aquarium for my office that is also a coffee table. It has been a great conversation piece, and looks beautiful. A few weeks after I got the aquarium, I had a question about the sides of the tank bowing slightly. I called the soothing company, and they were very helpful. They even called the manufacturer to make sure the bowing was natural and normal. I would definitely recommend this company and their products!

GBVery Satisfied I am very satisfied with your company and love the little desktop fire place. It has been a show stopper at our cabin in the woods and our friends have all marveled watching it. I would recommend your company and have to several people.

GBTerrible experience, quality of merchandise not as represented. One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Item was not as advertised. Owner refused to offer any satisfaction. Filed complaints with all consumer agencies in Vancouver, WA area. BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBNo customer service after purchase! I bought a fountain from them. It doesn't hold water in the basin. They are refusing I help because I didn't cover the fountain in the winter. They never provided a cover or said one needed to be used and I live in Texas so ice isn't really a problem. I would recommend staying away from them since they don't back their products.

GBVery disappointed I had terrible experience with this company, I bought a big joe bean bag which was utterly overpriced, too small even for a four year old and when I attempted to return I had to pay $30 for shipping it back plus I was charged 15% restocking fee and another $30 to cover their original shipping costs!! essentially this ended up costing me $70 for nothing... Complete disaster, will never order from them again.. Same bag chair on amazon twice the size is only $45 with free shipping and reasonable return shipping. This company should do a better job negotiating with shipping companies and do better job at customer service. The 15% restocking fee is ridiculous especially in cases like this as the chair was brand new! not used at all! there is absolutely nothing to restock..
