GBWater Fountain review The company provides misleading and incorrect information regarding the detailed specifications of their products (i.e., water fountain) causing the customer to incur significant additional cost. In addition, when it has been proven the product is not what the customer thought it was, they do make any reparations. They take your money upfront 4-6 weeks before delivery. This policy does not leave you any leverage if the product that shows up is not what they claimed it was supposed to be. The sales staff is professional and friendly but unfortunately, they are uninformed regarding the product they are selling. I would not recommend this company.

GBNothing but Pleased I purchased a fountain from Soothing Company for my lani, I received the item in record time and was very pleased that it was exactly as the discription had discribed the product. The pump was missing from the order so I called Customer Service who was courteous and responsive. The pump arrived two days later and the fountain is simply beautiful and a conversation piece from all who visit. I would highly recommend this company for any future needs.

GBTerrible experience, quality of merchandise not as represented. One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Item was not as advertised. Owner refused to offer any satisfaction. Filed complaints with all consumer agencies in Vancouver, WA area. BUYER BEWARE!!!
