CAAwesome customer service! The customer service at the Hunt Club location, that I dealt with recently, was excellent. I had an old blind that broke, I called the store with my order number, very quickly the said it can be fixed as still under warranty. I was told to bring in to the store anytime. The customer service person was super helpful and polite...once dropped off I got a call 3 days later, my blind was fixed. Great experience!!

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered blinds for my sunroom a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems. The blinds were measured incorrectly, leaving 2 inch gaps in both corners and these are supposed to be custom blinds. Recently, all 12 of the blinds started warping preventing them from rolling up and the fabric started unravelling on the rollers. These blinds cost $3k and didn't even last 2 years. I was then told I had to pay to have them removed for service, even though they are under warranty. I would NEVER recommend or use this company again. Customer service is awful and so is quality.

GBQuality Blinds at affordable prices The saleswoman was diligent and kept on top of our order to get us a grea person to measure and install. She wasn’t pushy nor did she need to be since we had other blind companies that we did use because of lack of customer service The gentleman that measured and installed was a perfectionist and and lovely person to chat with while he was in our home Lastly the price was reasonable with the quality and we are enjoying the blinds very much

CAthouroughly disapointed I am writing to express how thouroughly disapointed I am with Blinds to go. I met with th sales rep for shutter blinds for a bedroom, in sept. 2023. The order was placed and measurements were taken in peron by the installer. The insatllers had to come back TWICE to complete the installation because of wrong mesurements and differents excuses on their part. The installation is still not complete, 3 MONTHS LATER. There was supposed to be A THIRD visit to finally finish the installation. I have yet to hear from either the sales rep or the installers. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am mad and disapointed. I regret not picking the other company I had come to do an estimate.

CAUPDATED - Happy with product but hitting obstacles with website Update: I was able to submit my order before the sale ended, but hold sending the order to production until I could speak to a consultant. All the changes were made this morning by phone. My concerns were unfounded due to exemplary customer service! I've updated to 5 stars. New house. I initially ordered one blind with the spring loaded mechanism and happy considering the price. I ordered three more to finish the street side of the house with their softlift and was even happier with the mechanism. I then decided to complete the house with 6 more. Unfortunately, this is where I'm a bit frustrated. Tonight is the last day of the sale and when I logged in my ip was banned. No idea why this happened. I also can't pick the softtouch online. I have to call and order from a person. This will end up costing us around $300 we could have saved even though I am attempting to submit my order before the sale is over. If customer service sorts this out for me then it would be 5 stars. I wouldn't dream of paying more for blinds.
