GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered blinds for my sunroom a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems. The blinds were measured incorrectly, leaving 2 inch gaps in both corners and these are supposed to be custom blinds. Recently, all 12 of the blinds started warping preventing them from rolling up and the fabric started unravelling on the rollers. These blinds cost $3k and didn't even last 2 years. I was then told I had to pay to have them removed for service, even though they are under warranty. I would NEVER recommend or use this company again. Customer service is awful and so is quality.

GBQuality Blinds at affordable prices The saleswoman was diligent and kept on top of our order to get us a grea person to measure and install. She wasn’t pushy nor did she need to be since we had other blind companies that we did use because of lack of customer service The gentleman that measured and installed was a perfectionist and and lovely person to chat with while he was in our home Lastly the price was reasonable with the quality and we are enjoying the blinds very much

CABest price by far and a great job Blinds To Go in Kitchener did a great job explaining options and collecting our info. The quotes from everywhere else (3-4 others) were all almost twice as much. The installer who came out to measure and then came back to install was polite and quick. One valance out of four was the wrong height, so he took it back, came back within a week and it was the wrong colour, and came again within a week and it was fine. They look great and work perfectly.

CANew Shutters looks Elegant Kayleigh Cadenhead at Kitchener branch helped us from the moment we walked into the store. She was very helpful and gave us so many options to choose from. We ended up getting Shutter Blinds for our new house and it looks elegant. The timing on purchasing and installing was on time and efficient. Mike installed it all in one visit, which was time saving. We are happy with the purchase and know that we will enjoy it for years to come.

CAAwesome customer service! The customer service at the Hunt Club location, that I dealt with recently, was excellent. I had an old blind that broke, I called the store with my order number, very quickly the said it can be fixed as still under warranty. I was told to bring in to the store anytime. The customer service person was super helpful and polite...once dropped off I got a call 3 days later, my blind was fixed. Great experience!!
