GBTerrible experience with the Cover Store Terrible experience with the Cover Store. I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.

GBTerrible customer service I sent them pics of furniture yet they still sent wring covers- applied for refund and only received partial because I opened the bag- worst cust service ever. I ordered 6 covers and 3 did not fit- thr 3 were $64 each yet only rec $154. Refund. Again stay away from this terrible business

GBThere measurements on the cover There measurements on the covers when ordering are not accurate. All to large. I measured 3 times. So I had to pay shipping back of course. I love losing money for no reason.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the prestige version of these covers with the 10 year warranty. After less than one year of use, terrible mold growth developed on the inside of all of the covers. The warranty on the web site says “For the duration indicated, we warrant our products to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use.” The main reason why I keep my furniture covered is to prevent mold growth on my outdoor furniture. These covers certainly do not perform adequately to protect outdoor furniture in a humid environment (I live in Florida). I contacted Coverstore about this issue and they provided me with ways to clean the covers (which did not work) and insinuated that I had put the covers over wet furniture which caused the mold to grow. I have never done this. They did proceed to offer me 40% off the purchase of new covers, but even with the discount, I would have to spend another $1,000 plus for the same covers that failed the first time around. I am extremely disappointed with this company with their unwillingness to honor their warranty.

GBHappy in California!! This is my second order from Coverstore! My patio furniture remains unscathed after four years! The quality of their product is excellent! Fortunately, our weather in San Diego offers some extended length to these covers! I am very satisfied with the quality.
