GBSuch a great product. Thrilled enough to write a second review ! I've never written a second review months after installing a product, but felt compelled to do just that re our Coverstore purchase made Fall, 2023. We purchased 8 custom covers and just removed them after the winter months. The covers are so well made, fit perfectly (great clips and ties) and look outstanding. After the season use, they look as though we just unpacked them. Held up perfectly and thoroughly protected our pricey outdoor patio furniture. Worth every cent.

GBI ordered a “custom fit” outdoor tv… I ordered a “custom fit” outdoor tv cover from cover store online and provided the exact measurements for my tv. I received the 1st cover and it was not the size I ordered. I sent a ton of pictures to their customer service team. In response they sent me another tv cover that was, again, supposed to be “custom made”. I received the second cover and it was the exact same size as the 1st one. I sent them pictures of the two covers side by side with measurements and now they’re asking for more pictures. I’m done sending pictures. I only want to get a refund and a return shipping label but they just keep asking for more photos. These are obviously not custom made.

GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE I should have looked here before purchasing from Coverstore. I ordered a cover for a grill. Returned only to discover that I had to pay $13 shipping to return, and the they subtracted their shipping and taxes from my total refund even though I didn't even open the package. The refund for my $52 order was $29. I will NEVER order from this company again! Not when there's Amazon Prime and other companies with much better return policies.

GBBought a cover for my Z4 BMW and din… Bought a cover for my Z4 BMW and din not use it immediately because the existing one still have some life left in it. When I did install it a month or so later I discovered it didn’t come anywhere close to fitting. I asked the company for an exchange but they refused stating it was past the return date. Took the issue to PayPal but they folded as well. Ordered another cover from a different vendor and received what I expected…a cover that fit…this company could learn a lot about sensible customer service.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the prestige version of these covers with the 10 year warranty. After less than one year of use, terrible mold growth developed on the inside of all of the covers. The warranty on the web site says “For the duration indicated, we warrant our products to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use.” The main reason why I keep my furniture covered is to prevent mold growth on my outdoor furniture. These covers certainly do not perform adequately to protect outdoor furniture in a humid environment (I live in Florida). I contacted Coverstore about this issue and they provided me with ways to clean the covers (which did not work) and insinuated that I had put the covers over wet furniture which caused the mold to grow. I have never done this. They did proceed to offer me 40% off the purchase of new covers, but even with the discount, I would have to spend another $1,000 plus for the same covers that failed the first time around. I am extremely disappointed with this company with their unwillingness to honor their warranty.
