GBI wouldn’t even give them a 1 star I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I work in the customer service industry myself and I am absolutely appalled by the way this has been handled. Purchased two barstools from them. They sent out one of the stools to me without any notification of any items being sent out. So when I received it I figured the other would show up after the first so I emailed them and asked when the other will arrive and they said the second one was now a back order item (if an item shows in stock it must be sent out in timely manner you cannot change it to back order once ordered) and would be available June unbelievable what do you do with one barstool? Had I known that I would have just canceled the order. So then I was stuck with one chair that I had already thrown the box away. I had to purchase a box with my own money to send the barstool back. I sent it out says delivered to the return address they gave me. Emailed about where the refund is and said they still need two weeks and I get my refund then absolutely unprofessional all around. They messed this up they should make it right I need my refund asap. UPDATE: they did issue my refund so I have edited the review but they did not acknowledge that the issue was directly their fault and due to poor customer service.

GBUpdate: resolved issues. Scam do not purchase from this place. Scam! They took my payment and no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. No response to my inquiries. Update: I did receive the item. Still had issues with communication, did not receive order confirmation but I did get ahold of someone who sent me tracking.
