I had such a wonderful experience… I had such a wonderful experience shopping online with Decor Market. I searched high and low for a specific looking dining chair, all big box retailers were sold out! But Decor Market had what I was looking for…and at a great price too! I ordered 6 chairs, one arrived damaged/factory defect. Decor Market’s customer service was excellent and within a day of writing them about my damaged product, they had a new one on the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Update: resolved issues. Scam do not purchase from this place. Scam! They took my payment and no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. No response to my inquiries. Update: I did receive the item. Still had issues with communication, did not receive order confirmation but I did get ahold of someone who sent me tracking.

Excellent Customer Service First time customer and was very worried. It turned out to be a superb experience. Bought 4 dining chairs but one had a crack. Emailed them the picture on the same night and they responded the next day, agreeing to send a replacement chair. Received the chair few days later. This is exceeding my expectation. Very impressed.

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with our delivery and they promptly fixed it. Their communications via email were steady and they got back with me within minutes/hours or my notes. Will definitely order from them again!

RUN!! RUN!!! Scam artists they have a horrible return policy and they won't allow you to cancel, tried to cancel after 15minutes and they hung up the phone on me.. I had to dispute with my financial institution
