I had such a wonderful experience… I had such a wonderful experience shopping online with Decor Market. I searched high and low for a specific looking dining chair, all big box retailers were sold out! But Decor Market had what I was looking for…and at a great price too! I ordered 6 chairs, one arrived damaged/factory defect. Decor Market’s customer service was excellent and within a day of writing them about my damaged product, they had a new one on the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Fast shipping and easy to use! The website/ checkout was very easy to use. Although I couldn't find a tracking number for the confirmation email. It didn't really matter though, I received my order incredibly fast, like two days fast! I've been looking at other websites for the same items which were much more expensive then the ones on this site. The items were exactly what was pictured.

Excellent Customer Service First time customer and was very worried. It turned out to be a superb experience. Bought 4 dining chairs but one had a crack. Emailed them the picture on the same night and they responded the next day, agreeing to send a replacement chair. Received the chair few days later. This is exceeding my expectation. Very impressed.

Charge you and say it will ship in 2 days then weeks later tell you in may be in stock in October!! Yet they charge you!! I despise low brow con artist like this. AVOID! And you better refund my $ bc I have all the time in the world to tweet, Post, file BB reports so others don't have to deal with your nonsense. 😡
