GBQuick Delivery and excellent customer … Quick Delivery and excellent customer service! Didn' t know what to expect from this company since there wasn't any reviews I could find. However, I was able to see Interior Decorators were using them so that had to mean something. Overall, I am satisfied and would use them again.

GBAfter placing my order I did not receive any help with a problem After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.

GBUpdate: resolved issues. Scam do not purchase from this place. Scam! They took my payment and no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. No response to my inquiries. Update: I did receive the item. Still had issues with communication, did not receive order confirmation but I did get ahold of someone who sent me tracking.
