GBI'm just amazed at the customer service… I'm just amazed at the customer service we received from Decor Market today! We ordered a patio conversation set and realized one of the chairs was defective. Rather than packaging up the entire set for a return, they allowed us to keep or donate the set and gave us a full refund.

SAawful experience awful experience be aware they charge 15% restocking fee and have the worst return policies, and you have to wait for a long time to get your refund. I do not recommend purchase anything from this store

GBExcellent Customer Service First time customer and was very worried. It turned out to be a superb experience. Bought 4 dining chairs but one had a crack. Emailed them the picture on the same night and they responded the next day, agreeing to send a replacement chair. Received the chair few days later. This is exceeding my expectation. Very impressed.

GBI had such a wonderful experience… I had such a wonderful experience shopping online with Decor Market. I searched high and low for a specific looking dining chair, all big box retailers were sold out! But Decor Market had what I was looking for…and at a great price too! I ordered 6 chairs, one arrived damaged/factory defect. Decor Market’s customer service was excellent and within a day of writing them about my damaged product, they had a new one on the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

GBBuyer Beware!!~~~~~~Sham of a company Buyer Beware!!~~~~~~Sham of a company! They knowingly sell items they do not have in stock. Charge you and say it will ship in 2 days then weeks later tell you in may be in stock in October!! Yet they charge you!! I despise low brow con artist like this. AVOID! And you better refund my $ bc I have all the time in the world to tweet, Post, file BB reports so others don't have to deal with your nonsense. 😡
