TileBar's great- But Jason is the bees knees. I use TileBar for 2 reasons- the ability to see great tiles with all the pricing, square footage info and stock status available in real time, and for Jason. Jason is always such a help to me and my team. He responds so promptly, and always seeks to find a solution swiftly and efficiently. TileBar just wouldn't be the same without Jason!

Damaged tiles 3 orders in a row 3 orders in a row the tiles came in smashed to pieces. They do the absolute bare minimum to protect their shipments. The first order was 30 sheets of mosaic tile with 28 sheets smashed. The second order was tile for a full shower. The boxes had ripped open and the tile fell through the pallet which smashed it up. Zero padding or protection. The replacement tiles took 2 weeks and came in smashed. They only used some thin foam sheets in the box. I would never recommend ordering from them. I’m behind 3 weeks on my job and my customer is not happy.

Tilebar Is All That’s Needed! I so glad in stumbled upon Tilebar online! I order multiple samples which were inexpensive and arrived quickly. When I finally decided on tile for a bathroom and kitchen backsplash, the products, to include grout, also arrived quickly and very well packaged. I spoke to a salesperson once regarding a trim and she was very helpful and the website has been very easy to navigate. I’ll use Tilebar again for my upcoming projects, without a doubt!

Very satisfied customer I am so happy to have found TileBar in my search for backsplash tile. After many trips to big box retailers I grew tired of seeing the same collections over and over (especially since I watch a lot of HGTV I wanted something unique). TileBar offers a wide range of tiles and with accessible pricing on samples I was able to explore more than 10 different types. I’m thrilled with the results and really enjoy looking at my kitchen. The tile coordinates with the new cabinets we installed, catch your eye but doesn’t hold it because of the matte finish. After having glass tile for five years this is much easier (way less reflective) to look at and enjoy. Thank you TileBar!

I work for Home Depot and had a… I work for Home Depot and had a customer who wanted to order special order tile from Tilebar for an install of a backsplash- we only partially received the order with one of the boxes damaged so we sent one of the boxes back and called Tilebar - and we called Tilebar again and got hung up on after we stayed on the phone with them for over 30 mins so then I called again and they hung up on us again after they transferred us - then I called again and someone gave me an email address because they couldn't help me. Now my customer is frustrated because of the tile hold up we cannot proceed with installation. We ordered the tile over a month ago, its been over a week and nobody has even answered the email that was sent and I keep calling Tilebar and I still keep getting hung up on. Will never encourage anyone to order from Tilebar ever again.
